Howard Rice Nemeroski Canady Falk and Rabkin recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2004, 2005 and 2006 by Law & Politics Mr. Starr focuses on securities law, financings venture capital, intellectual property and mergers and acquisitions. He works closely with start-up and private companies on issues related to equity and financings, intellectual property matters, the structuring of executive compensation (including stock arrangements), strategic ventures, acquisitions and management buy-outs.
Gamon has over 20 years experience in high-tech enterprises, both mature and start-up. He serves on the Board of Directors of Effective Rewards, EquipNet (sold to MKS), GlobalFactory, and MyDTV, as well as on the Advisory Board of RightOrder.; he is a very active Board member, working closely with and advising the entrepreneurs. He was CEO of Carnelian, Inc., the first spin-off from Paul Allen's Interval Research, which developed an Internet-enabled customer-communications system.
A seasoned executive with over 30 years of technical and management leadership in the Information Communication Industry, Lucio Rispo brings a wealth of expertise in shaping, building, and managing companies. His visionary leadership, complemented by energy and drive, has earned him a well-deserved reputation as an innovator who gets results. Lucio Rispo has been a top executive in Bull, Nortel Networks, Sema Group, Ericsson and Digital Equipments, recently he has founded a very successful company active in the Video Value added service market. Lucio Rispo is Professor at University del Sannio in Italy.
Mr. Archibald has over 18 years of high technology industry experience. Mr. Archibald has been a key contributor at several successful startup-phase software companies such as: Relational Technology, Sybase, and Forte Software Inc. As a Technical Lead at both Sybase and Forte, Edward was a major contributor on several significant projects including Sybase’s SQL Server, OpenServer 2.0, and Replication Server, and Forte Software’s SQL connectivity solution.
